Mansions Projects Nearing Completion

April, 2009: 

Burchfield Development’s “Mansion” projects are nearing completion.  Mansions at Turkey Creek, Mansions at Hastings Green (Family and Seniors) and Mansions at Moses Lake (all in the greater Houston, Texas area) are nearing completion of construction. 

Our Turkey Creek project is finished, 99% occupied, with final approval from the State expected any day now.  The Hastings Green projects are 90% complete with occupancy growing as units are brought on line.  The Moses Lake project is about 75% complete with initial occupancy in some units expected to begin in May or early June, 2009.  All of the Mansions projects share common design and configuration components.

American Southern Homes Tapped for Exclusive Development

February, 2009: 

American Southern Homes, has been selected to be a “Preferred Builder” at Crown Ranch, a 3,500 home master planned community on 4,237 acres, located north west of Houston, near Magnolia, Texas. 

Crown Ranch features lots of one acre (minimum) or more, a 13-acre park, a recreation center, high-speed Internet access, two lighted tennis courts, a pool, a club house, a pavilion and sand volleyball courts.

American Southern homes currently has two custom homes under construction, valued at $650 to $750 thousand, the new homes are available for purchase at Crown Ranch.  Both homes will be ready for occupancy in early summer, 2009.

American Southern Homes is one of five custom home builders to be selected as a “Preferred Builder.”  Background, quality and financial checks were performed before the selection was made.
